Pacific Bayview Men’s Cruiser Bike Customer Review: you get what you pay for. it’s cheap, hey.
you cant expect miracles from a $120 w/shipping, bike. i have gotten 6 of these in the last year, and 3 have had bent front wheels. even IF the bend looks severe, because they’re STEEL (not chrome), a bike shop can ‘true’ the wheel back stright, for $10.
yes, pull those obnoxious orange decals off ASAP.
Customer Review: Could have been good
Unfortunately, the bike arrived with a missing seat and the hardware necessary to attach the wheel guards. Some major tinkering has to be done, for example to keep the chain guard from hitting the pedal. The manufacturer promised a new seat three weeks ago, and I have yet to get it. There was a chance I could have been happy about this purchase, but given the lack of pieces and the hassle with trying to obtain them I can’t say that I am.
